It also featured participation from other Grand Slam champions.

After a year, tennis returned in 2021 with the exciting inaugural edition of the ATP 250 Mallorca Championships, a tournament that continues today, offering top-level grass-court tennis every June. The Mallorca Championships has crowned champions such as Daniil Medvedev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Christopher Eubanks, Alejandro Tabilo, and Tallon Griekspoor. In October 2025, women’s tennis returns to the island, this time on a different surface. For the first time at the Mallorca Country Club, a clay-court tournament will be held. At the WTA 125 Mallorca Women’s Championships, 32 singles players and 8 doubles teams will compete on clay courts to claim the inaugural title of this unique tournament in the Balearic Islands.
